 PLEASE NOTE: The Mountain Lodge has recently been gutted by a veld fire. Renovation is in progress - please contact Attie on 082 856 1942 for further information. The Bermanzi Day Trails, Oom Paul's 2 Day Backpackers Trail and the Num Num Trail are still open - the Stables is available for accommodation and the trails are beautiful after recent good rains. A luxurious three-level, self-catering lodge offers splendid views of the Komati River valley and surrounding areas. It is fully equipped with all amenities, electric stove and refrigerator, electric and solar lighting and heating. There is a fireplace and a pool table. Accommodation is available for 10 people in three bedrooms and a "Cave Room" downstairs doubles as an entertainment/braai area or extra accommodation. The lounge offers a balcony with spectacular views over the Komati Valley. A rock-pool suitable for swimming, during summer, is within walking distance from the house. |
